1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of EMAVIEW, a web-based educational platform operated by Anance Intelligence Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (SC880824) ("Anance Intelligence", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using EMAVIEW, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use EMAVIEW. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of EMAVIEW after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Educational Purpose Only

EMAVIEW is a paper trading simulation and educational tool only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance.

  • No content, signal, indicator, or output produced by EMAVIEW should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
  • EMAVIEW does not connect to any brokerage, exchange, or financial account. No real money is traded at any time.
  • All signals and data displayed are for educational and simulation purposes only.
  • Past performance shown in any backtest or simulation does not predict future results.
  • Crypto markets are highly volatile. You can lose money. EMAVIEW does not mitigate that risk.

You acknowledge that Anance Intelligence Ltd is not a regulated financial adviser, broker, or investment firm in any jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use EMAVIEW. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Licence to Use

Subject to these Terms, Anance Intelligence Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use EMAVIEW for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of EMAVIEW without written permission from Anance Intelligence Ltd.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of EMAVIEW.
  • Use EMAVIEW for any commercial purpose, including reselling access or using outputs in paid services.
  • Share, transfer, or sell your licence key to any other person.
  • Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or payment requirements.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Access to Pro and Pro+ tiers is granted via Stripe Checkout upon purchase. Your subscription or lifetime access is tied to your EMAVIEW account and is non-transferable. Anance Intelligence Ltd offers a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Upon refund, access to paid features will be revoked. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect existing purchases.

6. Data and Privacy

EMAVIEW does not store personal data on any server operated by Anance Intelligence Ltd. All user preferences and state are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). If you configure Telegram alerts, your Telegram bot token is stored locally in your browser only. Anance Intelligence Ltd does not transmit, store, or have access to your Telegram credentials. EMAVIEW uses publicly available market data from Bybit via their public API. No account credentials are required or collected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anance Intelligence Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of EMAVIEW or your reliance on any content, signal, or data provided by the platform. This includes:

  • Financial losses of any kind, including losses from real-money trading decisions influenced by EMAVIEW content.
  • Loss of data, interruption of service, or technical failures.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in market data, signals, indicators, or backtests.
  • Any decision made based on information displayed in EMAVIEW.

You use EMAVIEW entirely at your own risk. EMAVIEW is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. No Financial Advice

Nothing on EMAVIEW constitutes financial advice or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. EMA crossovers, RSI readings, MACD signals, Bollinger Bands, and any other technical indicators displayed are educational tools only. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified and regulated financial adviser before making any investment decisions.

9. Third-Party Services

EMAVIEW integrates with or links to third-party services including Bybit (market data), Telegram (optional alerts), and Stripe (payment processing). These services are independent of Anance Intelligence Ltd. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EMAVIEW in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, infringes the rights of any third party, introduces malware or harmful code, disrupts or damages the platform, or impersonates any person or entity.

11. Termination

Anance Intelligence Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to EMAVIEW at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the wider law of England and Wales where applicable. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of EMAVIEW shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
