Anance Intelligence Ltd operates EMAVIEW at emaview.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers. Specifically:

  • We do not store payment details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Your email is stored securely in Supabase for account authentication.
  • We do not store your Telegram bot token or chat ID. These are held in your browser's localStorage only and are never transmitted to Anance Intelligence Ltd servers.
  • We do not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you personally.
  • We do not sell or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. What Is Stored Locally

EMAVIEW stores the following in your browser's localStorage only:

  • Your tier status (Free, Pro, or Pro+) stored in your Supabase account.
  • Your app preferences (theme, EMA settings, SL/TP mode).
  • Your paper trading journal and session state.

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Anance Intelligence Ltd.

4. Third-Party Services

EMAVIEW connects to the following third-party services:

  • Bybit public API: to retrieve live and historical market data. No personal data is sent to Bybit.
  • Telegram Bot API: only if you configure alerts. Your bot token goes directly from your browser to Telegram. Anance Intelligence Ltd has no access to it.
  • Stripe: handles all payments. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to your purchase and payment data. No card details are stored on EMAVIEW servers.

5. Cookies

EMAVIEW does not set tracking cookies. Your browser may set functional cookies as part of normal operation, but these are not used for advertising or analytics.

6. Children

EMAVIEW is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of EMAVIEW after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
